How do I know which rate applies to my job?
It depends on the type of work. Weekly upkeep is billed at the standard rate, carpet work at the carpet rate, and so on. If a visit includes more than one type of work, we'll tell you how the hours break down before we start.
Do I need to supply anything?
No. We bring all chemicals, treatments and equipment, including pressure washers. You just need to provide access to water and electricity.
Are your chemicals safe for kids and pets?
We use each product as directed, rinse surfaces after treatment and ventilate the space. Let us know about pets or sensitivities and we'll plan around them.
Can you combine inside cleaning and power washing in one visit?
Yes. Many move-out and pre-sale jobs include both, and we can schedule the crew to handle the inside and outside together.
Do you offer weekly service?
Yes. Weekly visits keep the home on a regular schedule, and cleaning chemicals are billed as a flat weekly charge.
